The Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana (IIPGH) together with the AFOS Foundation organised the third edition of the Tech Entrepreneurs Forum (TEF) on 21 June 2023. The aim is to advance small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Together with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, we are paving the way for agricultural loans in Nigeria. The first Summer School, a microfinance masterclass with face-to-face and online sessions, started with selected participants.
With AEDual, we are committed to the expansion of dual vocational training locally. This year, we were also able to successfully expand our cooperation and the quality of our offerings at the university level.
In March, AFOS work concentrated on the completition of the Dual Education & Training program in the seafood processing cluster, the conduct of the baseline survey on fisheries, and the MOA Signing Ceremony with FISH Visayas partners.
AFOS celebrated the opening of two new training programmes in software development in Colombia. In Antioquia, 41 young people now have the opportunity to participate in dual training programmes.
AFOS Nigeria reached more than 15,000 smallholder farmers with training in 2022. We are also pleased to sign a cooperation agreement with the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Nigeria.
